Map the approved brand chip system onto all 5 PROJECT_STATUSES (backlog/gray,
planned/amber, in_progress/blue=liveness, completed/green, cancelled/gray) plus
paused/archived overlays, with current-vs-suggested tables and a sample All
Projects list in light + dark. Planning only.
