Drop disposable transfer archives after confirmed task completion or provider workspace removal, while retaining their immutable descriptors for later reconstruction. Use the company-scoped stored workspace reader in preparation and declare that dependency in the narrow service contract.

Validation: 7 targeted fresh workspace, cache reconstruction/cleanup, and task dispatch tests passed. GitHub CI found the missing service dependency type; broad checks remain in CI.
