DottaandClaude Opus 4.8 c71e931be3 feat: state-repo commit log + connect-repo remote config (PAP-14765)

Add the server-side surface the Backups & version history UI needs:
- state-repo service log() reader: attributed commit history (author/
  committer/date/subject), newest first, empty for an unborn repo.
- company_state_repo_remotes table + stateRepoRemoteService to persist the
  per-company 'connect your repo' mirror (url + company-secret ref); token
  value is never stored, only the secret binding.
- routes: GET state-repo/log, GET/PUT/DELETE state-repo/remote (https-only,
  board-gated writes, activity-logged).
- resolveMirror now reads the DB remote first, falling back to the boot-time
  PAPERCLIP_STATE_REPO_MIRRORS_JSON env map.
