Connection readiness reads current permitted connection identities without unrelated catalog rows or complete profile-rule payloads. Reuse profile precedence and selector logic, preserve full public/runtime summaries, and keep installed connections, identity checks, and gateway authorization current.

Verified with 106 focused tests, the full build, and typecheck. The direct catalog inventory regression fails at 102 rows when the scope filter is removed and passes at two rows with the filter. One unrelated CI timing assertion differed by 1 ms; the exact local test and the single failed shard rerun passed on unchanged source. CI is green and exact-head Greptile is 5/5 at Medium impact with no unresolved comments.
