DottaandPaperclip ee3c2461f7 fix: publish native continuity before cleanup ...

Save the goal-less task-session pointer in the accepted terminal checkpoint transaction. Fence ownership, result binding, reset and newer epochs; retain a private receipt so late completion cannot duplicate or resurrect publication. Exercise normal continuation and reset through the assembled heartbeat.
