Aron Prins 2ba5e6ad4f fix(ui): mark webhook kind as COMING SOON in trigger add dialog

Match the production behaviour that the old inline add form had:
webhook is visible in the kind dropdown but disabled with a "— COMING
SOON" suffix when creating a new trigger. The edit dialog still lets
existing webhook triggers be edited (kind picker is disabled on edit
regardless).

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
