Nicky LeachandPaperclip 26d59f9da7 Preserve journal identities through backup restores
The one-time lifecycle baseline inserts new records into restored journals. Preserve PostgreSQL identity definitions and sequence progress in JavaScript backups, and repair generators lost by older exports before the baseline runs. Cover native identity round trips, legacy migration restores, and rollback of the repair with the baseline.
