DottaandPaperclip 269c86b609 Sync Core base and leave lockfile updates to CI ...

Keep the connection pool branch current with the coding harness and mobile UI changes. Restore the upstream bot-owned lockfile so the PR satisfies the manual lockfile policy. The failing reversed GitHub callback integration test passes in a focused local reproduction.
