Nicky LeachandClaude Opus 4.8 2649f5945d Fix PAP-634 UX findings: mobile tab labels + hide Update value for dynamic secrets

Finding 1: responsive abbreviated tab labels (Managed/External/At runtime)
on mobile, full labels at sm+, with truncate safety net — fixes 390px clip.
Finding 2: hide the rotate dialog 'Update value' button for dynamic_command
secrets, which have no stored value to update.

Storybook fixtures add a dynamic_command secret + enable the flag so both
states render for UX review.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui storybook
pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
