DottaandPaperclip 1b1c5f0349 Restore multi-line excerpts and disable hover popover on search rows (PAP-3468)

- Disable IssueLinkQuicklook on search result rows so hovering an issue no
  longer pops up a preview card (the "blue highlight" the user was seeing).
- Let issue body snippets wrap to two lines instead of single-line truncate so
  the yellow-highlighted excerpts show enough surrounding context.
- Swap row hover/active background from accent to muted (visually identical in
  this theme; just clearer intent for a list-item hover).

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui storybook
pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
