Keep locked process and terminal-state evidence plus JavaScript-compatible checkpoint presence. Preserve every host, provider, lease, coordinator and stop-receipt check without transferring saved prompts or checkpoint bodies.

53 focused tests, server typecheck, build, all 55 CI checks, and exact-head Apex 5/5 pass.
