Compute Slack authorization revisions in one PostgreSQL statement while retaining all existing scope and invalidation inputs. Return one ordered digest instead of materializing retained profile rows in Node.

Validated with 19 affected cases, full typecheck/build, final-head CI/E2E/Superagent, and Apex 5/5.
