DottaandClaude Opus 4.8 11fd82d9cf fix(ui): unpin routine detail title bar + add main top-padding (PAP-10748)

- Title-action header now scrolls with the page instead of sticking.
- Re-anchor sticky sub-sidebar + mobile section picker to top-0 so they
  stay flush once the header scrolls off (no 56px gap).
- Bump main pane top padding (py-6 -> pt-10) so content no longer crowds
  the bar above it.
- Mirror the layout in the storybook variation-C shell.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui storybook
pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
