DottaandPaperclip 114ff6ebdd Reconcile assistant MCP with current schema and runner contracts 
Regenerate migration 0294 and runner inventories after rebasing. Keep the new migration idempotent and document direct client setup. Workspace build, typechecks, focused MCP tests, and eval unit tests pass.
