Adds two optional catalog skills under software-development, continuing
PAP-18408 and PAP-18464:
- author-connector-definition — mechanical authoring of one Paperclip
catalog connector definition, from provider MCP probe through catalog
tests.
- connect-agent-tools — getting an agent working against an outside tool,
self-hosted first, with a per-deployment support matrix.
Both derive trustLevel markdown_only: no scripts/ or assets/ entries, so
no audit allowlist change is required. Frontmatter descriptions are 291
and 293 characters, under the 300-character shipped-catalog cap.
Self-hosted is the primary documented path. Cloud rows in the support
matrix are labelled untested or unsupported and are not inferred from
self-hosted results.
Verified in this worktree at origin/master b70641f23f:
build:manifest Wrote generated/catalog.json with 19 catalog skills.
validate Catalog manifest is valid with 19 catalog skills.
test 5 files / 20 tests passed
typecheck clean
