DottaandPaperclip 0862062f1c fix: defer native publication until result acceptance ...

Persist early terminal observations without a handled pointer receipt, then publish at the existing post-acceptance checkpoint. Acquire the coordinator before the issue lock for result replay. Add real Postgres ordering and contention regressions, and clarify the production reader floor.
