scotttongandClaude Fable 5 0851608168 fix(ui): task-chat pane-tab underline hugs the properties header's bottom border

The Properties/Plan/Artifacts strip portaled into the pane header floated
its active underline ~6px above the header's border-b (list padding + the
bar's py-2). Move the bar's vertical padding onto the window-controls
cluster, stretch the portaled strip to the header's full height, and pin
the trigger underline to bottom-0 so it sits on the border line.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
