DottaandClaude Opus 4.8 c1c6242043 Stop skill-detail tabs from shifting the page on switch (PAP-10907)

Switching between tall tabs (Overview/Files) and short ones (Versions/Agents)
toggled the desktop main content's vertical scrollbar, which widened the page
and shifted content right. Reserve the scrollbar gutter on the main scroll
container (scrollbar-gutter: stable) so its width stays constant whether or not
the scrollbar is visible. Scoped to the gutter only — the scrollbar styling is
unchanged. No-op on overlay-scrollbar systems.

Published static assets for the Paperclip board UI.

What gets published

The npm package contains the production build under dist/. It does not ship the UI source tree or workspace-only dependencies.

Storybook

Storybook config, stories, and fixtures live under ui/storybook/.

pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui storybook
pnpm --filter @paperclipai/ui build-storybook

Typical use

Install the package, then serve or copy the built files from node_modules/@paperclipai/ui/dist.
