DottaandPaperclip d522822a5d fix: preserve imported runner choices and qualify Mac install fixtures ...

Forward explicit import runner overrides, preserve native harness identity without experimental Codex gating, refresh existing host daemon outputs atomically, and retain strict public install probes with target paths and the executing Node SDK.
