DottaandClaude Fable 5 6542b8ad4c test(e2e): add probe migration for cross-version update proof ...

Test-only branch commit: adds one pending migration on top of
test/e2e-update-base so e2e-update-migrations.sh can prove that a managed
update applies migrations to the real database.
