The connector protocol package was named @paperclip/connect-protocol, a scope the release account has no publish rights to, so it could not be published from CI. A prior workaround set publishFromCi:false to dodge the failing publish, but @paperclipai/server depends on connect-protocol via workspace:*, so it must be publishable for installed consumers to resolve. Rename the package (and all imports + release manifest entry) to @paperclipai/connect-protocol and re-enroll it for CI publish, matching every other @paperclipai/* workspace package.
