Devin Foley 011d8c5cce docs: drop contributor screenshot requirement in favor of cutter.sh bot ...

The cutter.sh bot now captures and posts before/after UI screenshots to
PRs automatically, so contributors no longer need to attach them. Remove
the screenshot references from CONTRIBUTING.md and the PR template.
