DottaandPaperclip 0ca23dd535 fix(runner): make native finalization restart-safe 
Persist bound session checkpoints, verify durable completion evidence, and commit status/liveness effects atomically. Preserve unique event cursors during migration and add bounded recovery plus legacy compatibility coverage.
