Drizzle calls Postgres.js unsafe queries, which disable preparation unless
per-query options enable it. The existing client-level opt-in therefore
does not prepare ORM queries.
Honor explicit true across root and child clients. Preserve defaults,
per-query options, lazy execution, and driver error handling. Document the
pooler capability requirement.
Test with 92 selected database and connection checks, workspace typechecks,
server and database builds, and a read-only hosted ORM protocol probe.

Close database response measurement at its existing deadline, then emit the bounded metadata at 64 records per second. Preserve group indices, counts, privacy, and query/transaction outcomes. Stop the unreferenced timer when the output queue is empty.
Validation: 32 capture and real PostgreSQL tests, full build and typecheck, exact-head Greptile 5/5 (medium), full green CI, and no unresolved comments. A 2,200-query fixture reconciles all 2,048 groups and its summary; dedicated-pool coverage awaits deferred output.

Count database response value sizes by public caller and static table for one explicit UTC window of at most 60 seconds. Keep diagnostics off by default and exclude SQL, parameters, returned values, errors, and credentials from output. Preserve lazy execution, transaction boundaries, and no-replay behavior.
Verification: full build and recursive typecheck; 63 focused database and PostgreSQL tests; eight physical disconnect tests with capture enabled.
