Subject: [PATCH] Fix Tasks view-mode toggle height to match toolbar buttons

The list/board toggle used p-1.5 with no fixed height (~26px) while
sibling toolbar buttons use h-8 (32px). Set the toggle container to h-8
and make each button fill the height so it lines up with the rest.
