merge: preserve Claude behavior with canonical task-workspace source

Retain both scoped Storybook reviews and source lists, regenerate the index, preserve Claude acceptance docs, and refresh only ignored shared/SDK JavaScript declarations. UI/server types and189 creation/form controls pass.
