Subject: [PATCH] Pad snippet rows under search result titles (PAP-3468)

Bumps `SnippetLine` top margin to `mt-2.5` (from `mt-1`), the leading
icon to `h-3.5 w-3.5` (from `h-3 w-3`), and switches the wrapped
excerpt to `leading-relaxed` so the description / comment / document
lines under each title get the breathing room asked for in review.
