Subject: [PATCH] chore(ci): retrigger the security scan on the fixed head

The Superagent Security Scan still showed action required after the
symlink-identity fix landed, and GitHub could not rerun the check
because it is not an Actions job. This empty commit gives the scan a
new head to run against. It changes no file.
