+Fresh review reproduced another ordinary creation gap: `NewAgentSetup` supplied
+Auto without its discovered runner, causing native Claude to receive Legacy's
+1000-turn default and fail compatibility validation. Repair `e2e5c60496` passes
+the existing environment-scoped discovery into the transient builder hint. All
+63 mounted setup controls pass, including native, Legacy and unknown Auto with
