Subject: [PATCH] docs: use the Paperclip Discord invite URL (#16870)
## Thinking Path
> - Paperclip is the open source app people use to manage AI agents for
work.
> - Its READMEs direct users to the community for help and discussion.
> - Both READMEs still use the old Discord invite code.
> - Users have reported that the invite does not work.
> - This PR uses the confirmed `https://discord.gg/paperclipai` invite
in both READMEs.
> - Users get the same community link from GitHub and the published CLI
README.
## Linked Issues or Issue Description
Fixes: #2172
Website companion:
https://github.com/paperclipai/paperclip-website/pull/157
## What Changed
- Update the Discord header link, badge link, and community link in
`README.md` and `cli/README.md`.
- Keep the issue-template link, which already uses the correct invite.
## Verification
- A byte comparison confirms that each changed file contains only the
expected invite substitutions: six replacements across two files.
- A tracked-file search confirms that the old Paperclip invite is
absent.
- `git diff --check` passed.
- Attempted `pnpm -r typecheck`, `pnpm test:run`, and `pnpm build`. Each
stopped before running because the host pnpm bootstrap could not fetch
registry data to verify pnpm 9.15.4. This checkout also has no installed
dependencies. These full local checks remain unverified.
- Current-head CI passed: 55 successful checks and two intended skips.
This includes build, typecheck, unit tests, serialized server tests,
runner verification, canary dry run, and browser E2E checks.
- Greptile reviewed commit `b0a0088f1a71c5831005790aa40edeed58cbaa68`:
5/5, with no inline findings.
- No runtime code or visual styles changed. No new automated tests are
needed for these link edits.
## Risks
- Low risk. Only public Discord link destinations change.
## Model Used
- OpenAI Codex, GPT-6, with tool use and shell execution. The exact
runtime model ID and context window size are not exposed in this
session.
